GOVERNING RULES: Terms and conditions for participating at the events organized by TURN Cultural Association

1. General Conditions

1.1. TURN reserves the right to impose the observance of the following conditions in the case of ticket selling or when granting an invitation regarding the organizing of an event, these conditions being an agreement between TURN and the Participant. The Participant must respect these conditions also in the case of acquiring the ticket from one of the established selling points and not directly from the organizer.

1.2 The agreement between TURN and the Participant becomes valid when acquiring a ticket/ invitation.

2. Validity of the ticket / invitation

2.1 The tickets and invitations are and remain the property of TURN. Are considered valid, the tickets and invitations acquired directly from TURN or from one of the official selling points. To demonstrate the authenticity of the ticket it is recommended to keep the receipt received when buying.

3. The Participant's obligations

3.1 The Participant takes part in the event on his own responsibility. TURN is not responsible for any sight, hearing damages or other physical injuries suffered during the event.

3.2 The Participant must have a valid and intact ticket both before and during the participation in the event. The Participant is obliged to present, at request, the ticket to TURN representatives, order– preserving agents or to the representatives of the State.

3.3 The Participant must have on itself an identification document, to allow TURN members to fulfill all legal provisions regarding security at the place of the event (i.e.: the obligation not to serve alcohol to under–aged).

3.4 The Participant has the obligation to respect the instructions given by TURN, the owners of the location of the event, security representatives, firemen and other legal representatives.

3.5 The Participant cannot refuse a body search at the entrance of the place of the event, if required.

3.6 Photographing, filming or any other form of video or audio recording of the event is strictly banned without a written authorization from TURN. In case the Participant cannot show a written proof of such authorization, TURN is entitled to confiscate the recording equipment during the event, to destroy the recordings already made and prohibit the Participant's access to the event, without having the obligation to pay any financial or moral compensation.

3.7 It is strictly prohibited entering the event carrying: sharp objects (glass, knife, tins, etc), plastic cans, fireworks, weapons or dangerous objects, food, beverage or drugs. The above mentioned will be confiscated and the access at the event shall be banned. In such cases, TURN does not bear the obligation to pay any financial or moral compensation.

4. Rights of TURN Cultural Association

4.1 TURN reserves the right to prohibit the access of a Participant at the event if considered a necessary act for the well course of the event and for the security of the others.

4.2 TURN has the right to refuse the access of a Participant at the event if it is proven that he/she is carrying a fake ticket or an unofficial invitation.

4.3 TURN has the right to make audio or video recordings of the event. The Participants at the event are not entitled to raise any financial request for appearing in the recordings.

5. Cause Beyond Control

5.1 In case of Cause Beyond Control (illness, canceling coming from the artist, strike, fire, unfavorable weather conditions, etc) TURN reserves the right to delay the happening of the event to a different hour/ date, that will be announced, to change the location or even cancel the event without being responsible of possible losses or unpleasant issues suffered by the Participant in such cases.

5.2 In case the event is cancelled, TURN will reimburse in 10 weeks from the canceling, the price of the ticket to the Participants that can present a valid, intact ticket, including the receipt of the acquiring. Any other costs will not be reimbursed. The Participants that benefited from an invitation are not entitled to any compensation, financial or otherwise.

5.3 In case the event is delayed, the ticket bought for the initial date remains valid. Should the Participant decide not to take part in the event at the new date and location, he can either be reimbursed for the cost of the ticket or give the ticket to another person, following the specifications presented in point 3.4 of this regulation.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 This agreement is governed by the Romanian Law.

6.2 All conflicts that may arise and that cannot be solve in an amicable way, will be handled in the Law Courts of Timisoara.
