After the previous three editions of IRAF, our mission is to have a good time and to believe that those whom consume art, no matter if it is known or not, will be will be just as open to our proposal. We are always willing to show you what happens abroad, how the culture that we promote is perceived and to bring it to you in all its beauty. We are the same crazy people with those who blame it, just as interested in the cultural act and bored by the speeches of those who still think in idly.

From the moment we all gathered to think about this whole concept, instead of finding a foreign country to sail to, we thought that it would be better to:

• inform people about the existence of Roma tradition and culture
• create a festival which brings the Roma artist and artists from all over the world together and make them feel good and not ashamed of performing
• discover that there are people who live well together, no matter what is the color of their skin, their religion, sexuality, to have something that some people call it multiculturality and to make people want to take part of it
• the news about it and to involve media, governmental and non governmental institutions in it
• involve youth in the social and cultural life because it is time and place to give a bit of color to the cultural phenomenon
